Your Role:
As the Sales Support Assistant, you will be the vital link for the on-the-road sales personnel, enabling them to maximise their time with customers. Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth in your designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow-Up Work & Messages: Ensure timely communication and follow-up on leads to enhance customer relationships.
- Reports & Planning Tasks: Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning to optimise sales performance.
- Route Planning & Appointment Making: Organise travel routes and set appointments for the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
- Proactive Telephone Sales Work: Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Quotes & Progress Reports: Prepare quotes and track progress, providing necessary updates to the sales team and clients.
- Other Duties as Required: Assist with additional tasks that contribute to overall sales success.
Requirements
