We are seeking a proactive and professional Property Manager to join our team in London. This role involves supporting the management of a mixed tenure building, ensuring compliance with our management strategy, legal requirements, and budgetary constraints. You will be the ‘Front of House' service for tenants, the general public, and professionals, representing our commitment to excellence.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Engage with residents face-to-face, building strong relationships and ensuring they feel welcome, safe, and at home.
  • Manage parcel overflow by coordinating with residents and delivery companies to adhere to our parcel strategy.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure Grainger homes are maintained to an excellent standard.
  • Deliver an elevated level of customer service during all interactions with customers.
  • Perform interim, pre-vacant, and pre-move-in property inspections.
  • Assist the Lettings team with viewings as required.
  • Participate in resident engagement, including in-person meetings and virtual conferences via Zoom.
  • Communicate with residents to keep them informed about building matters and other relevant updates.
  • Assist in preparing void properties for reletting and managing the End of Tenancy process.
  • Support larger insurance claims and insurable incidents requiring on-site presence.
  • Manage and control the Revenue expenditure budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in organisations providing market rental properties or delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety requirements on site with the ability to implement H&S protocols as needed.
  • Proven experience in residential property management with a focus on customer service.
  • A relevant professional qualification or membership of a recognised professional body is beneficial.
  • Good technical knowledge of repair and refurbishment of residential property.
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, both orally and in written reports.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to property management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload daily.
