Salary: £26,000 - £28,500 per year

Our client, an organisation in Theale, West Berkshire, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products/services and schedule appointments
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing information and addressing customer questions
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the team to maximise sales performance
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software
  • Arrange product delivery and notify customers of any issues

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, including lead generation and closing deals

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
