Our client, an organisation in Theale, West Berkshire, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a vital role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products/services and schedule appointments
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries, providing information and addressing customer questions
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with the team to maximise sales performance
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Arrange product delivery and notify customers of any issues
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, including lead generation and closing deals
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software
