Reed Education are recruiting for a well-established nursery known for their nurturing approach and commitment to exceptional care and early education. We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their team and contribute to their welcoming environment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that cater to each child's developmental needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve the nursery experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children and adults alike.
- A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm.
