Reed Education are recruiting for a well-established nursery known for their nurturing approach and commitment to exceptional care and early education. We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their team and contribute to their welcoming environment.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that cater to each child's developmental needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Keep accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve the nursery experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children and adults alike.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm.
