As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage all things performance marketing across several digital channels, including, PPC, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
The Role:
- Responsible for the management of PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic ads.
- Responsible for ensuring campaigns meet business performance goals and maximize ROAS.
- Responsible for measuring and analysing data to identify optimisation and growth areas.
- Responsible for working alongside the company's media agency partner.
- Responsible for working with the wider marketing team, driving best practice and knowledge sharing.
The Candidate:
- 5 years plus experience in Performance Marketing, ideally from a Paid Social background.
- Experienced in growing paid media accounts and business revenue.
- Experienced in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
