LOCATION: Weston Super Mare (On-Site, with potential for full remote working)

ABOUT US: We are a leading healthcare recruitment agency, providing both temporary and permanent staffing services to care homes, nursing homes, residential homes, and mental health units across the South West. Due to substantial opportunities through newly accessible frameworks, we are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Executive immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to assist the Business Development Manager in driving business growth by approaching trusts and organizations operating under the RM6281 Workforce Alliance framework. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Account Manager to maintain and develop relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the RM6281 Workforce Alliance framework.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in trusts and organizations.
  • Work with the Account Manager to ensure seamless client engagement and relationship management.
  • Support in presenting agency services to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients. Support in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the professional network and promote the agency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare staffing or recruitment industry. Understanding of the RM6281 Workforce Alliance framework is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to support in meeting and exceeding business development targets. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.

Competitive Salary:

  • £35,000 - £45,000 DOE (depending on experience with recruitment agency supplying to NHS framework)
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for hybrid working after 6 months. Full remote working can be considered with the expectation to attend the office once or twice a month.
