Tripod is currently recruiting for Social Workers to join the MASH team at Dudley Council.
Immediate start with ongoing contract. £33.30 per hour. 3 days in office a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for safeguarding referrals concerning children and vulnerable adults.
- Gather, collate, and analyse information from multiple agencies to assess risk and determine the level of intervention required.
- Make informed decisions about the appropriate course of action in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals within the MASH, including police, health services, education, and housing, to ensure a coordinated response.
- Record and document all actions and decisions accurately, maintaining high standards of record keeping.
