We are pleased to be working with an exciting organisation based in Cowley that are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the team! This role would suit someone with previous experience working in the finance function, offering hybrid working - up to £30,000.
Key responsibilities:
- Review of expenses and invoices in SAP concur
- Complete monthly reconciliations
- Process operative timesheets
- Manage the office corporate card
- Assist with implementing new processes and procedures
- Reconcile between purchase and revenue systems
- Assist in the preparation of schedules for financial audit
- Answer the phone and manage supplier queries
- Support the Financial Controller and wider team

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Ability to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision and use of own initiative
- Good IT Skills including Excel (pivots and VLOOKUPs)
