- Lead the Kitchen: Work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.

- Team Supervision: Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen at all times.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Attitude: A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
