Conveyancing Paralegal – Coventry
My client is a legal 500 multi-site firm with a huge presence within Warwickshire and is known for its excellent quality of work and its high retention of staff.
It is currently looking to employ a conveyancing paralegal to be based at its Coventry office.
The role
You would be assisting Solicitors in their caseloads in all manner of conveyancing matters to include:
- Freehold Leasehold Sales And Purchases
- Re-Mortgages
- Lease Extensions
- Shared Ownership
Your duties would include but not be limited to:
- File creation
- Legal research
- Being the first point of contact for client enquiries
- Drafting legal documentation
- Ensuring due diligence
- Managing and dealing with post completion matters and registrations

You
- You will have had previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal
- You will be familiar with the conveyancing process and be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- You will have an excellent phone manner and a client-centric attitude in all of the work that you do
