Description
As an Accounts Payable clerk you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Managing relationships with vendors
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in payments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Contributing to the achievement of team and department goals
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
