Role Overview
The Residential Development Sales team are looking for an enthusiastic junior sales negotiator to join their dedicated new home sales department based between Poole and Southampton.
A fast paced and friendly team selling new home development homes across the South Coast of Hampshire and Dorset.
This is a brilliant opportunity to start your career in New Home Sales with one of the industry's leading firms. Salary dependant on experience with a generous commission rate, paid monthly. Full time, perm, ability to travel and be self motivated essential. The five day working week will include Saturdays, with occasional Sunday or evening work for launches with time off in lieu.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and clients in a polite and respectful manner.
- Handle daily buyer enquiries from Reapit (our CRM system), calls and office and marketing suite visits.
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers both in completed homes and on site.
- Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner including negotiating best possible price for the client.
- Effectively market and promote properties for sale.
- Follow through to exchange then completion using the Reapit system to produce standard letters and keep records up to date.
- Liaise with client and Sales Manager, providing progress reports as required.
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner.
- Maintain records on Reapit, on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary.
- Close liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting all issues without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required. Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required.
- Liaison with clients' build, legal and sales departments as required.
- Maintain an awareness of competing schemes in area and trends in the local property market.
- Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays.
Follow health and safety and compliance procedures at all times.

- Knowledge of the Dorset and Southampton residential / new homes market desirable.
- Basic experience for new home sales is desirable.
- Will be required to drive.
Team Overview
Our residential Sales department comprises a core team of 7 staff, based around Hampshire and Dorset, including 2 x assoicate directors, and 2 x associates, supported by several on site staff in varied locations. The right candidate has great opportunity to progress through the ranks, with ample training opportunities to develop and grow with this organisation.
