Digital Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Account Manager to join a vibrant team within a dynamic digital environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in running and optimising digital campaigns across various channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and are looking for an opportunity to grow their skills and take on new challenges.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Run and optimise campaigns across Paid Social, Display, and PPC, with opportunities for on-the-job learning.
  • Schedule campaigns and occasionally craft ad copy for Paid Social or PPC.
  • Conduct quality assurance and optimisation of digital campaigns to improve efficiencies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and liaise with external digital partners for outsourced campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of new media opportunities within the digital landscape.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, managing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with Account and Delivery Executives to maintain up-to-date account administration.
  • Lead projects, ensuring work is on schedule and aligned with client briefs.
  • Identify opportunities for account profitability and client growth.
  • Present confidently to clients and effectively communicate ideas.
  • Utilise planning and research tools to support media plan justifications.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Paid Social and/or Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and an understanding of tracking and pixel implementation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Organisational and forward-thinking skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
  • Familiarity with Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital media within an agency or similar environment.
