Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Wetherby
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £28,000, depending on experience

Do you want a role that involves a week of training in Italy?

Are you looking for a role where you will be working with a field based team, support them from an office located in Wetherby? Our client is within manufacturing & distribution and you'd be working in a solo office within a busy office building organising shipments, updating marketing material and giving customer support.

Due to the location, your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Running the UK office and ensuring the workplace is organised
  • Managing shipments for UK customers
  • Processing orders and arranging courier collections
  • Working with the international team to update marketing material
  • Organising events and material for trade shows
  • Ensuring the correct stock levels for each product
  • Handling customer product queries and directing them to the correct team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently with great time management
