Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Wetherby
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £28,000, depending on experience

Are you looking for a role where you will be working with a field based team, support them from an office located in Wetherby? Our client is within manufacturing & distribution and you'd be working in a solo office within a busy office building organising shipments, updating marketing material and giving customer support.
Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities
- Running the UK office and ensuring the workplace is organised
- Managing shipments for UK customers
- Processing orders and arranging courier collections
- Working with the international team to update marketing material
- Organising events and material for trade shows
- Ensuring the correct stock levels for each product
- Handling customer product queries and directing them to the correct team
Qualifications & Skills
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently with great time management
