Senior Operations Analyst/2nd Line Support hardware engineer with SC or DV Security Clearance, is required to work for our secure central government client. The Senior Operations Analyst/2nd line support engineer will be tasked with providing a 9/5 global operational support, 2nd line technical support whilst documenting issues and resolutions

Senior Operations Analyst/2nd Line Support- SC Security Clearance- Essential Experience

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft O/S and applications, including but not limited to Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Windows 10, Office365 plus general networking technologies.
  • Experience of remote working technologies such as MSTSC, MSRA and iLO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with exemplary customer facing skills.
  • Ability to conduct analysis, draw persuasive conclusions and present recommendations which can be understood clearly at all user levels.
  • Need to be flexible, adaptable and willing to work where needed to meet customer demands and thereby gain a broader skill set and wider business perspective.
  • Previous experience of working within the Service Desk, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines.
  • MD100&101 and Azure 900 Trained.
  • Current SC or DV Security Clearance and be willing to undergo DV Security Clearance if SC Cleared.

6 month initial contract outside of IR35 with overtime rates available.
