Description
Payroll Assistant Duties include:
- To support the Payroll team in arranging the payment of staff salaries
- Collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll
- Administration of Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes
- Gather, review and distribution of Payslips
- Handle any Payroll lelated querues and escalate where necessary
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar Payroll position - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Ability to work efficiently towards deadlines - Required
- High attention to detail - Required
