Package: £45k-£55k basic with a circa £15k OTE, £7k car allowance and an excellent corporate benefits package that includes pension contributions matched to 10%

The Role - Area Sales Manager:
- Promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roof building materials
- Tracking and winning projects with national house builders, regional developers, local authorities, housing associations and roofing contractors
- As well as developing the relationship with a network of merchants that your projects will be back-sold through
- You will inherit a portfolio of accounts to account manage, develop and win business from, as well as being expected to prospect and win new business opportunities
- You will access to a CRM, lead generation software, and colleagues in other divisions to piggy back and share leads with
The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:
- You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling
- You are likely to already be working within the construction industry and looking to progress your sales career
- Although my client will also consider graduate calibre field sales professionals from other business-to-business sectors
- Either way you will be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are identifying and winning new business
- Whilst possessing first class presentation and communication skills, and be looking for a career and not just a job
