Robert Half Office Team are currently looking for a Campus Recruiter based near Canary Wharf for a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for summer intern and entry-level positions across the Corporation.
- Proficiently use a variety of tools and resources to effectively source and evaluate talent.
- Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across the Corporation.
- Communicate with clients contacting in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies and events to find top quality candidates.
- Understand and provide constructive feedback on the client experience to the business.
- Meticulously track recruiting activity data, creating reports on activity and illustrating progress toward recruitment goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, Management or similar.
- Preferably some relevant experience (including internships).
- Interest in project management in HR.
- High attention to detail.
- Solid verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong customer orientation and an eagerness to excel and be a part of a dynamic, fast-growing team.
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
- Exposure to financial industry, banking and/or financial markets a plus but not required.
