Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team based in either Halifax or Huddersfield.

- You will ideally have a minimum of 1-5 years PQE with a reputable firm, handling commercial property matters with the ability to hit the ground running.
- You will be responsible for a mix of general commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, development and investment work.
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to develop client relationships are essential, along with strong business development and commercial awareness.
- Must have excellent organisational, written and IT skills.
- You will be solid team player, who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
