The Quantity Surveying Director Role
As the Director of Quantity Surveying, you will utilize your extensive experience in consultancy to deliver a comprehensive range of quantity surveying services to a diverse array of private sector clients.
This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to contribute to the growth and leadership of a bustling team. Your involvement will span prestigious, high-value projects, including:
- High-rise apartment blocks
- Low-rise apartment blocks
- Mixed-use developments
- Student Accommodation & Shared Living
- Hotels
- Stadia

The Quantity Surveying Director
The successful Quantity Surveying Director will have the desire to grow and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, aid in the growth and development of the team and business as a whole and will aid in Business Development. You will also have:
- MRICS
- Excellent pre & post contract experience
- A successful track record leading construction projects to completion
- Project Management / Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
- A strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Previous experience in a senior level role
- A proven track record of business development
- The ability to bring work / clients is highly desirable but not crucial
