Elevation Recruitment Group - Business Support Division are excited to be exclusively partnered with a professional services business in the north of Sheffield in their search for a temporary part-time administrator to help them in with a back log of work.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all our clients recruitment processes adhere to the latest compliance and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting thorough background checks, and supporting the recruitment team in ensuring that all candidates are fully compliant before placement.

  • Part time 20 hours per week - over 5 days
  • £11.50-£13 per hour
  • Potential to turn permanent for the right candidate
  • Temp start ASAP

Compliance Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage background checks, including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, reference checks, and right-to-work documentation
  • Maintain and update compliance records for all candidates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits
  • Communicate with candidates and schools to obtain necessary compliance documentation
  • Monitor changes in compliance regulations and ensure the company remains up to date with current requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information

Compliance Administrator Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a compliance, administrative, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance regulations in the education sector is desirable
