Berry Recruitment are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Engineer to join a busy subcontractor based in Fakenham, Norfolk.
With business expanding and new products being developed, this role is crucial in supporting the team by programming, turning, and using Fanuc controls to ensure a smooth process for the development of CNC machined products.
Location: Fakenham, Norfolk
Position: CNC Turning Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 per annum (dependent on skill set and experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:45pm
- Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm
- Possibility of overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls.
- Develop CNC machined products for various sectors including food manufacturing, oil, gas and petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.
- Ensure high-quality production standards and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to support new product development and business expansion.
Requirements:
- Experience with Fanuc controls.
- Proficiency in CNC turning.
- Programming experience is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
