  • Prior experience in property management and administration is preferred but not required.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a confident, self-motivated personality.
  • Outstanding customer care skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • A team player mentality, target-driven and tenacious, with an excellent telephone manner.

The important work you will do in this role will contribute to the company's collective success. Here is what you can expect day-to-day:

  • Perform detailed and accurate inventories and checkouts, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Oversee and manage the checkout and deposit return processes, adhering to company policies and professional standards.
  • Conduct routine property inspections.
  • Produce and send property reports to landlords/property managers.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Answer inspection phone lines and assist with overflow calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule inventories and checkouts, whether handled internally or by an outsourced team.
  • Review, verify, and save returned inventories.
  • Administer end-of-tenancy bookings on checkout portals.
  • Organize and manage property keys, preparing them for the next day.
  • Handle various ad hoc administrative duties efficiently.
  • Assist management with additional tasks as needed.

Job Title: Inventories and Checkouts Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum

Location: Worthing

Full Time: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
