Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £13.50 (£15.13 including holiday pay)

Location: Bickenhill, Solihull, B92 (on-site)

You will work with the Office Manager to provide commercial administration support. This will include processing invoices, answering queries with suppliers on PO's, GRN's, invoices etc. You will ensure that project records for delivery tickets and other proof of delivery items are logged and available for future cost assurance audits if required. This will require communication with suppliers to obtain any missing cost validation information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and receipt delivery tickets
  • Maintain records to suitably evidence for future cost assurance audits
  • Enter weekly plant timesheets & deal with on/off hire notes
  • Work with the procurement team and suppliers to resolve invoice hold queries
  • Communicate with suppliers & site team to request and obtain substantiation/verification that can be used as proof of delivery
  • General reception & administrative duties as required

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Administration Experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
