As a Business Development Manager for this membership based organisation based in Hatfield, you'll be joining a company where the local area, network and companies are at the core of what they do.
The role of BDM will attract a salary of £35,000+ commission but, and perhaps most importantly, this BDM role is less about a cut-throat sales environment but instead one where relationships are key and it is understood the personal approach building strong, ongoing, partnerships is key.
You'll be tasked with:-
- Attracting and Engaging new members
- Expanding offerings within current members
- Attending networking events
- Promote our clients organisation via social media
- Keeping the CRM UpToDate to ensure customer details are correct
- Supporting the wider team as needed
This is a collaborative organisation, their reach is large and they are extremely well known in the local community. You'll have the opportunity to meet with a wide range of individuals and attend some really great events (trust me, I've been to some!)
