Interim Procurement Specialist Corporate Programmes
Location: Surrey, hybrid 2 days on site
Length: 3 months (Possibility of extension)
IR35 Status: Inside
The Procurement specialise will be responsible for full cradle to grave tenders across the property portfolio. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders. Undertake the running of mini-competitions and direct awards.
Key Responsibilities of the Interim Procurement Specialist Corporate Programs:
- build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers alike
- be the first point of contact for new suppliers and ensure that all are following the Council's procurement procedure rules
- Develop pipelines of activities for our HRA portfolio
- Undertake compliant tenders from Cradle to Grave
- Undertake direct awards
Key skills of the Interim Procurement Specialist Corporate Programs:
- Previous experience of procuring services / works for housing
- Demonstrable previous experience of working with PCR2015
- Experience of running tenders in a compliant manner from cradle to grave (Open, Restricted processes)
- Experience of using frameworks for mini-competitions via frameworks (CCS and other public sector frameworks)
- E-sourcing portal experience
- MCIPS qualified or working towards MCIPS
- MS Office experience
