The Car Park Host and Valet role:
As a Car Park Host and Valet, you will play an active role engaging with our customers, helping to provide a seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on arrival at the Centre, helping them with any queries they might have. Immaculately presented in business attire, with a passion for delivering great customer service, you will present the best image for Parks, Aberdeen. You will have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:
+ Greeting and welcoming all customers and visitors on arrival
+ Identifying what assistance or information a customer requires
+ Handling basic queries on products
+ Determining the next appropriate interaction to ensure the customer experience is personalised and efficient
+ Encouraging customers to engage with the product and services in a relaxed environment
+ Ensuring all vehicles are handed over at the right time and at the expected high standard
+ Valeting the cars to a very high standard of cleanliness and presentation
+ Ensuring cleanliness of all parking areas and entrances
+ Maintaining front and rear car park control and vehicle movement
+ Working as a fully embedded member of the Centre team
What we are looking for:
+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Good level of general education; ideally GCSE English and Maths
+ Previous relevant experience within customer services or logistics
+ Interests that support your work life balance
+ Excellent communication skills
+ A team Player
+ Friendly, engaging and approachable
+ Proactive and helpful
+ Excellent organisational skills
