THE COMPANY: Our client is a Legal Technology firm who are seeking a Solution Operations Support to join on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Hands-on disputes technology support including the management of electronic documentation
- Liaising with solicitors and barristers, advising and assisting with technical queries
- Managing the team inbox
- Processing exports and printing requests
THE PERSON:
- Experience working in a professional, client-facing support role, ideally within the legal technology industry
- Interest in technology, processes and systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Proactive and engaging with strong communication skills
