This exciting trading/manufacturing company is looking for a Trading Administrator/Assistant to join their Steel Division.
Your new role
- Maintaining customer databases and shipment summary spreadsheets.
- Liaise closely with the Logistics Manager, Documentary, and Accounts teams to clarify requirements and achieve overall company objectives.
- Provide accurate and relevant intelligence to the Division's databases.
- Participate in continuous education and technology upgrades.
- Share data with the line manager and agree on common strategies.
- Liaise with contractors and relay this information to your Manager
- Provide overviews of information and general administration support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar position, ideally 4-5 years.
- Experience using SAP system and proficient use of Microsoft teams
