Role Overview:
As a part of the Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You'll be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and providing top-notch customer service. Your resilience, tenacity, and can-do attitude will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing clients within the sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the Financial Services sector
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
- Resilience and tenacity to handle challenges and maintain a positive attitude
- A proactive, can-do personality with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
