Office Manager

We are recruiting for a bespoke property company based in the heart of the west end in London.

This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for Managing the office and acting as a PA to the leadership team.

This role is fully on site.

Duties of the office manager:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Managing Finances
  • Managing Schedules for the executives
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Managing Front-of-House: Welcome visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and ensure a professional office reception.
  • Organise travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for team members.
  • Manage website updates, social media profiles, and marketing mailings to support branding efforts.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as document preparation, copy typing, and managing mail outs.
  • Personal Administration: Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling insurance claims, and booking personal travel.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, including special projects, research, or one-off requests from executives and team members.

There will be a 1 month handover with the current office manger who is leaving due to relocation.
