We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our well-established Engineering client to be based in Runcorn, Cheshire.

As the Sales Administrator your duties will be to:
- Contact existing clients to arrange their annual maintenance visits.
- Contact the companys list of clients by phone to qualify the level of interest, and to arrange for a suitable colleague to visit if appropriate.
- Contact new potential customers, as identified by the sales team, to qualify current and future requirements.
- Create quotations on behalf of the sales team.
- Update the CRM system with accurate information.
As the Sales Administrator, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Must have experience making high volume of phone calls.
- Must have a professional confident telephone manner.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Highly motivated with a natural enthusiastic drive.
- Excellent attention to detail.
