Description
- Overseeing all aspects of financial management within the organisation
- Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Leading and managing a team of finance professionals
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board and stakeholders
- Assessing and managing financial risks and opportunities
- Contributing to the development of the company's strategic plans
- Collaborating with other department heads to optimise financial performance
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIPFA or CIMA
- Leadership experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector is desirable, but will consider from any sector
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Offer
- Salary up to £35 per hour PAYE or £41ph via an umbrella company
- An initial temp opportunity up to 6 months with potential for T2P
