ANALYTICS MANAGER - REMOTE
UP TO £75,000
THE COMPANY
I have partnered exclusively with a scale-up travel business on a pivotal Analytics hire. As a leader, you will line manage 3 individuals initially and then grow out the function further, delivering commercial direction through the use of data.
THE ROLE
The successful Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:
- Customer Analytics focus; retention, acquisition, churn, behaviour, segmentations
- Marketing Analytics focus; campaign ROI, performance/effectiveness, AB testing
- Line management of 3 individuals, growing out the function with 2 additional heads immediately
- Create buy in and drive engagement with the wider team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience line managing Product/Marketing/Insight Analysts
- Commercial experience using SQL and Python or R
- Ability to work in an agile/undefined setup
