About you:

As Consultant Manager within our Recruitment Division you will mentor, coach, support and advise a team of REC software delivery consultants, developers and technical consultant so we are looking for experience of software implementation including, custom development projects and releases for on-premise and hosted software. You will be the natural go to' person for everyone in the team.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Act as project sponsor for the projects delivered by your team, conduct project reviews and ensure projects are delivered to time and quality (project NPS)
  • Forecast and be responsible for the billable utilisation and revenue generated by your team.
  • Generate Self-Gen service orders from within the team and ensure optimization of the scheduling and delivery of assigned work.
  • Set and agree the objectives and development plans for your team members, maximise employee satisfaction (eNPS)

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Project delivery and/or project management experience and development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills to influence senior customer stakeholders and Access employees
  • Resource planning, balancing the delivery of projects with the utilization of resources
  • Ability to react to changing customer priorities in an agile but controlled approach, including managing escalations effectively
