Management Accountant (6-Month Contract)
Location: Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6JS
Salary: £42,000
Contract: 6-month contract with potential for extension or a permanent position
Hybrid Working: 50% on-site. Tuesdays and Wednesdays required in the office, plus a third day every other week.
Start Date: Immediate
Distinct Recruitment is excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant. This role has become available due to the current post-holder being seconded to a new role. A full handover will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
You'll be joining a well-established, global family-owned company. this role offers a dynamic work environment within a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and posting journals
- Managing and reconciling balance sheets
- Overseeing monthly financial reporting
- Completing VAT returns accurately and on time
- Supporting the warehouse team with financial analysis
- Ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
