Day to Day of the role:
- Work on a day-to-day basis with the flexibility to suit your work-life balance.
- Partner with some of the best schools in Batley and nearby, ensuring minimal travel.
- There is a high demand for Cover Supervisors, providing plenty of work opportunities.
- Supervise students across various subjects in secondary schools.
- Maintain class focus and manage behaviour effectively to ensure lessons run smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Charismatic and energetic personality.
- A caring nature with a fun approach to engaging students.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A full DBS on the update system (Reed can assist with applications if needed).
Training and Support:
- Safeguarding training to equip you with the necessary knowledge.
- Certificates for every completed course, recognised by local schools.
- In-house Cover Supervisor training by experienced professionals.
- Partnerships with Universities and SCITTs to support those considering teacher training.
