Digital Services Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Services Trainer to work for one of our NHS clients in Saltaire / Bradford. The role is working full time, general office hours, initially for a 3-month period with the right candidates starting ASAP.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Rate of pay will be £12.76

A driving licence and use of own vehicle will be required for this post

You will be responsible but not limited to for the following

  • Provide IT solutions plus deliver basic general IT skills to a wide spectrum of staff with a diverse range of IT software and equipment in a highly professional and consistent manner.

  • Support projects and system upgrades

  • Feeding back to developers of best use of the clinical systems

  • Train all new starters to the organisation in the use of relevant clinical systems and in any related IT needs e.g. Microsoft Office 365, effectively engaging and providing the audience with key messages regarding best practice, agile working, training and IT, information security and data quality

  • Provide 2nd line support to staff in response to Service Desk calls or emai

  • Be responsible for keeping relevant training documentation and training logs up to date on SharePoint/shared drive and also on ESR.

  • Ensure that all completed training is recorded in ESR, to maintain an accurate record of an individual staff member's training and development.

  • Skills required

  • Cert Ed or City & Guilds 730 Teacher Trainer qualification or similar e.g. TAP or equivalent experience

  • Experience of delivering Clinical System training to a diverse range of clinical and non-clinical staff in both group and 1:1 scenarios

  • Understanding of systems implementation and dependencies between training and change management activities.

  • SystmOne (Training ill be given)

  • Microsoft 365

The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously.
