We are a well-established fire & security company working throughout the UK, looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Administrator to join our team.

Our core business is managing our client's fire and security compliance and safety for all of our client's buildings throughout the UK, from hospitals, to gyms, to schools. We are respected in the industry for our ability to deliver projects on budget and on time.

As the Project Admin you will have the opportunity to make a considerable contribution to the success of the business. This offer is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to pursue a career in project management.

Responsibilities included:

  • Manage all post-sale contract project co-ordination
  • Co-ordinate the project resources and book site visits for engineers
  • Organise the support services needed to ensure successful installations, decommissions, and site moves
  • Control all sales administration such as order processing, raising quotes and tracking and purchasing parts
  • Prepare reports and project analysis for clients
  • Provide first-class pre and post-delivery customer support
  • Produce risk and method statements for projects
  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues, then deal with them

The role offers a great deal of variety across numerous fields and will suit a high-energy, good communicator who is able to multitask and problem-solve. Competent Microsoft Office skills are a must.
