This Assembly Operator position is based in Lymington and is working for an electrical manufacturer. The role is Monday to Friday 7am to 3:45pm, with an early finish of 11:30am on a Friday. The role is paying a starting salary of £22,600 which rises to £23,350 after probation.

The successful Assembly Operator will focus on the manufacture of the company product range, using hand tools and assembly jigs to assemble the product range to expected standards. This will involve soldering too. The role does also involve some testing of components to ensure they work as intended, as well as quality checking own work to ensure all components meet the required quality standards. Some components can be quite small so the work can require good dexterity. Full training and working instructions are provided.
