An established family run property management company based in North West London are recruiting an experienced residential Property Manager to join their team. This position is a 1 year maternity contract role.
This is a hybrid position and offers parking and other benefits.
Duties will include:
- Management of roughly 200 residential properties
- Handling all property maintenance management
- Liaising with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating engineers to attend property visits
- Management with day-to-day property management issues
- Overseeing maintenance and repair work
- Updating property files and raising rental invoices
- Working alongside estate agencies regarding rental of properties
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience within residential property management/property maintenance management
- Excellent IT skills
