- Our client due to a busy period require a HR Advisor to respond to general HR queries providing prompt, customer focused guidance to employees.
- Providing managers and employees expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, in line with data protection regulations.
- Processing contractual changes as well as drafting and issuing change of contractual term letters to employees.
- Assisting employee relations matters in partnership with manager, including grievance, investigation and disciplinary, to ensure fair and consistent resolutions.
- Providing Recruitment support through CV sifting, candidate screening and right to work.
- Ad hoc HR advisory work
The role is based in Skelmersdale, with some hybrid working
