We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our successful and growing client in Denby, who offers growth of their employees and offer a number of fantastic benefits.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Previous sales or sales admin experience
- Exceptional telephone manner and customer interaction skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet key deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible with working hours.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Provide support to customers interacting with the department, ensuring excellent service at every opportunity
- Drive sales to meet targets professionally while building strong customer rapport
- Achieve and exceed KPIs and deadlines as required by the business
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Handle all invoicing functions, maintaining records and tracking payments
- Engage with both internal and external customers to deliver exceptional service
Salary is £23,837 per annum plus bonus and OT
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
