Sales Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our successful and growing client in Denby, who offers growth of their employees and offer a number of fantastic benefits.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Previous sales or sales admin experience
  • Exceptional telephone manner and customer interaction skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet key deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with working hours.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Provide support to customers interacting with the department, ensuring excellent service at every opportunity
  • Drive sales to meet targets professionally while building strong customer rapport
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and deadlines as required by the business
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Handle all invoicing functions, maintaining records and tracking payments
  • Engage with both internal and external customers to deliver exceptional service

Salary is £23,837 per annum plus bonus and OT

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
