Role Overview
As an IT Support/Field Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT support across various locations. This position is primarily field-based, with occasional remote and telephone support responsibilities. You will be instrumental in maintaining a robust Microsoft Infrastructure and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support across the estate, mainly within a Microsoft Infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve the root causes of recurring incidents.
- Take ownership of and resolve support tickets promptly.
- Drive continuous improvements and deliver optimal IT solutions.
- Participate in project rollouts, including deploying new devices.
- Manage time and workload effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience with Windows Server Core Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, and File Services).
- Proficiency in using Windows Desktop operating systems within a network environment.
- Understanding of Office 365 and Email Processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Desirable:
- Experience with SPAM/Web filtering and broadband connectivity.
- Familiarity with Apple solutions.
- Experience in an educational IT environment.
- Previous experience in a field-based role.

- Eager to progress in the IT field and learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and approachable demeanour.
