Role and Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an essential part of our educational team, providing vital support to students and teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
- Helping to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting students in developing their literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behavior.
- Helping to prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
- Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
