Details:

  • Handle incoming customer telephone calls for engineer's call-outs, technical support, and sales enquiries.
  • Manage general email inquiries, booking procedures, and quotations.
  • Provide general administration support for the service department.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Microsoft 365) and our client's CRM system (Clik).
  • Produce monthly service reports and weekly quoted remedial reports.
  • Coordinate engineer's holiday requests within your geographical area.
  • Organise travel arrangements for engineers, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and training courses.
  • Maintain an organised database of engineer's job reports and customer information.
  • Chase and process customer purchase order numbers and invoice payments.
  • Assist with supplier and health and safety questionnaires.
  • Provide holiday cover for engineering teams as needed.
  • Attend service meetings and 1-2-1 meetings with the head of operations.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by your Line-Manager.
