Protiviti are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interim Financial Reporting Manager to oversee and manage our Investment Management client's financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IFRS and FRS 101, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering accurate financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS 101.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Develop and implement efficient financial reporting systems and controls.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification essential.
- Proven experience as a Financial Reporting Manager or similar role, with a focus on IFRS and FRS 101.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Highly beneficial if have experience working with SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
