Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 Law firm are to expand the business with the addition of an experienced Recruitment Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with recruiters and candidates.
- Coordinate assessment days and recruitment events.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in legal/professional services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to promote the business affectively.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced professionals returning to work or seeking reduced hours.
- Part-time option: 30 hours/week with flexible office presence.
- Junior candidates: In-office 3 days/week, 2 days remote.
