Established York based law firm has an opportunity to join their Banking and Finance team during a period of growth.
The firm is flexible on PQE level and is keen to speak with qualified Solicitors with experience within the Banking and Finance sector.
Job duties:
- Manage relationships and negotiating during the financial transaction process
- Work on cases including bank lending, property finance, acquisitions and disposals, capital markets both mainstream and alternative, and asset finance as examples
- Deliver legal advice relating to contracts, insolvency, and M&A
- Dealing with clients across a wide range of industries
