Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned category (Marketing, Property & FM, Professional Services or Technology).
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations to maximise value for the company.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms.
- Stay updated with market trends and changes in the Retail industry.
Profile
- Prior indirect procurement experience within a Category Manager capacity in one of the following areas: Marketing, Property & FM, Professional Services or Technology.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a complex environment.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- The ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Happy to be office based full time.
Job Offer
- A 12 month fixed term contract paying £50,000 - £65,000 p/a plus a car allowance.
